It hurts
I want to dig my nails in
Plunging them into my chest
Just to rip my heart out
I can't handle it

I fell to deep
I loved to much
I cared to much
I felt to much
I watched to closely

Now an everday battle
Between me and myself
Just chaining myself to a wall
Keeping away from her
Her life

I have to let go
But
It's so hard
It's the worst pain
The most effort

I have to remember
Breathe
One foot
The other
Push through the pain
